That is like linking to the Z-Wave JS Config DB Browser, or the Catalog of Certified Z-Wave Products listings, both of which are cool but not always super useful for mains-powered devices since they do not say contain AC specifcations and specifications nor say the device is still manufactured/sold or if so are made for which countries. So those can be a start to find devices but at this time you then still need to do a lot of research own your own after that before buying a specific product.

Hopefully the planned Device Database from the Open Home Foundation that was brought up in the roadmao will contain such information and thus be more useful:

That in turn is is also concept of Home Assistent using that database in the future to put devices in context:

And literally none of those are what I was talking about in my post. Good luck finding a decora light switch in Zigbee - there are a few out there - somewhere, but they’re rare, as mentioned.

Jasco on amazon. Hands down the best IMO. Not rare at all. Maybe they are rare in Canada?

EDIT: Yep, seems like a Canada issue. When I swap from US to Canada, all zwave options dry up.

To be fair, when I search Amazon (US) for Jasco Zigbee switch, I get exactly two Zigbee switches from GE and then a few pages full of Z-Wave switches and Add-on switches from GE.

One dimmer and one switch are definitely better than zero, so thanks for the heads up.

I just picked up a Zooz 800 radio for Z-Wave which is working well with all my Z-Wave gear and should work with EU gear when I move the setup. Light switches however may end up moving to Aqara on Thread at that time.
