Z-Wave JS add on not working, hub gone/not recognized?

All of a sudden none of the automations were working today. I checked HA and it is complaining about Z-wave JS and supervisor. I haven’t changed anything about HA in months. I tried a few reboots, nothing. Everything I searched online seems to be related to someone loading it for the first time or changing something. I haven’t stumbled across an example (or solution) where out of the blue it fails. Here is the complaint:

Does the system think the device doesn’t exist? I saw one suggestion to disable soft-reset, but I can’t make the change because it has the similar error message as listed above. “Failed to save add-on configuration, Device ‘/dev/serial/by-id/usb-Zooz_800_Z-Wave_Stick_’ does not exist in Z-Wave JS (core_zwave_js).”

Any help would be appreciated of this newbie.

Finally got it working. In case it’s useful for anyone else, I used a different USB port on my pi4 and it magically appeared. I plugged my wireless mouse/keyboard USB transceiver into the old port and it still works. So I don’t know what happened, but no amount of reboots worked, but flipping the USB port to a different one did…even though the old one still works for something else.
