Should these be enabled? I already have a scheduled backup running under settings > system.
A single backup of NVME and zwavejs files is enough.
If you add devices update the backup. Cant think of a need for more than that

Do I turn these on to do that?
Zwavejsui >> ui >> magic wand >> NVME management >> backup
And desperately backup zwavejsui folder on host. This should be part of HAOS backup and manual function is using docker
