Z-Wave JS Server error

Failed setup, will retry: Invalid server version: Z-Wave JS Server version (1.40.2) is incompatible. Update the Z-Wave JS Server to a version that supports at least api schema 41

I have two Z-Wave JS UI hubs offline with the above error since latest update.
I have looked through the change logs and haven’t spotted anything related?

How can I check the addon’s server version? How do I update the server or do my hubs need the update?

Upgrade your Z-Wave JS application. If it’s a Z-Wave JS UI container, upgrade the container version, or however you have it installed.

The backwards incompatible change was missed and not included in the latest release notes.

Sorry if I’m being silly, but I can’t figure out how to fix this. I have the same error. I’m using the ZWave JS UI add-on, which is saying it is version 3.21. Looking in Git for the add-on, there is a version 4.5 branch, but my HA add-on repo isn’t showing any updates available.

Any clues? Thanks!
