Perhaps a few words on what fixed it would help someone else with that problem?

Yes, i had to unplugg the Z-wave dongle from my NUC PC that i use for my HA. Even if i reboot the NUC it was same problem. So when i unplugged it for about 30sec and reboot NUC. I get back some of my Z-wave components, i have 26 of them. But the strange thing is that some of my z-wave components want show up again. I have only 9 of them back working. So still not 100% well.
