Can I just install HA on another pi, restore from a backup, and plug in the z-wave stick into the new pi? Or does more have to be done to do the migration?
If it’s a physical stick then that should be all you have to do. I’ve done it myself several times. The Zwave mesh configuration is stored on the stick not in the integrations
