I have been given a z-wave USB stick and have a windows server running Windows 10. Am I able to use Homeassistant and z-wave devices together or is the z-wave configurations only available for linux / raspberry pi etc?

I tried to follow the build instructions on windows and it did not work. Googling about python-openzwave and windows results in pretty much nothing. It may be possible to get it building on windows but it does not seem like anybody has done it yet.
