Z-Wave stick in EU

Hi.

I am coming from smartthings, because i am really tired of things not working.

So want to try out HA.

I will buy Skyconnect for zigbee.
But need a zwave stick also.

As i read it i need a 700 series.
Have looked up all zwave sticks recommended, but the only one i can get in Europe seems to be the Aeotec 7 stick. All the other sticks can only be bought in in USA.

But it says aeotec 7 is not recommended because of RF issues.

Is these issues still present?
Anyone knows where to buy for example zooz in europe?

I am located in DK. But any EU shop would be fine.

The Aeotec z-stick 7 is perfectly fine. In fact it is one of the best zwave controller sticks you can buy.

and is the builtin zwave working fine?

or do you recommend to have a separate docker running with zwave-js-ui?

because i am having a lot of issues with the builtin ZHA and am strongly considering switching to Zigbee2MQTT

There is no built-in z-wave. If you run HA in docker, you either have to install the zwave-js docker or the zwave-js-ui docker

i bought the Aeotec z-stick 7 and installed zwave-js-ui in docker

it runs great until now, but have also only 1 device connected to test, before i move the remaining away from smartthings
