Z2M configuration for Sonoff ZBplus dongle E

Hi

I just bought this new device and it does not seem to work well with Z2M. When starting it, i have this error:

I have tried both ember and ezsp adapters, and none of them seem to be working

Any idea how can i make it work?

Do you have the Zigbee Home Automation (ZHA) integration installed? If you do, uninstall it because you cannot have ZHA and Z2M use the same coordinator.

If you don’t have ZHA installed, review the troubleshooting suggestions in the link provided in one of the error messages. Look for suggestions related to HOST_FATAL_ERROR.

No, no ZHA.

I found out what was the problem. coordinator_backup.json. For any reason that file was creating issues. I renamed it and everything works fine!

You said you “bought this new device”. Did you buy a new coordinator to replace an older one? If so, what brand and model was the older one? Same or different from the newer one?

coordinator_backup.json is likely to contain configuration information for the older coordinator.

Yes, its a new device to replace the previous one, Sonoff ZB Plus. I should have mentioned that, sorry
