Z2M indentified device missing in device list

Hi there,

I’ve just identified a new device (a zigbee smrat socket, JZ-ZB-001) in Z2M, it went up and is switchable from within the HA’s Zigbee2MQTT page.

But going to HA’s device list, the new device is not listed:

Not there :

Any idea will be welcome !

Thanks

Up … Nobody ?

I’m assuming you renamed that device in Z2M, since the default name is a random hex string.

If so, did you remember to click “Update Home Assistant Entity ID”? If you forgot to do that, HA will still show your device name as 0x....

I probably did, but I don’t have a 0x… device name either

Can you force delete it from Z2M, put the device back into pairing mode with Z2M in Join mode?

Same issue. The device is in Z2M and not in HA. More then that, if the device is on for a long time it turns off on its own. Also the Z2M functionality “Power outage memory” throws an error in Z2M.

@Narsil , were you able to reolve the issue?

Tuya power plug ?

Nope. Still here
