ZB-SW01 with Zigbee2MQTT triggering on its own!

Hello all,

I have an issue which is causing quite a lot of stress lately. Recently I installed a ZB-SW01 Ewelink ZigBee Module to both of my garage doors. Unfortunately one of them has been opening on its own for quite some time, and unfortunately it happens during night hours when everyone is sleeping, which activates the alarm system and freaks everyone inside the house and the neighbours… I have removed all potential automations and finally I removed the problematic relay from Zigbee2MQTT in HASS to try and stop this from happening, but it still happens. I cant catch any routine or time that it happens. Is there a way to see in the HASS logs what my be triggering the relay? I guess I will remove it completely, strange thing is that the other door is not doing this.

Thank in advance for your help!

Halloween has passed!!

Check your wiring. Do you have long cable runs that may be acting as an antenna and picking up interference? Are all the wiring connections firmly tightened?

For purposes of problem isolation, try swapping your two Ewelink modules physically and see if the problem stays with the module or the location.

Do you have a reliable power source?
