ZBT-2 doesn't connect

Just tried to install ZBT-2 and it will not be identified under integrations.
The ZBT device seems to be listed in the hardware list:

I run a Rasberry pi 4

I have restarted, checked ingnored and blocked integrations as touble shooter says and changed USB ports.
The zbt-2 blinkingm white.

Can someone please help?

August? It’s December! Updates not working?

and OS 1a 11.4 and most recent 16.3 so in the process updating and we will see if it kicks off the intrgration or not…

Do you see it under UI->Settings->System->Hardware->

  • An item with a “Configure” button?
  • under All hardware as ttyACMx?
