ZBT-2 identifies as a ZBT-1

Hi, I have been using HA green since October 25, all my devices are now Zigbee, I tried Wifi but they drove me nuts by going offline all the time. anyway I eventually got my system stable with Zigbee. ZBT-2 was announced and I hastily bought the device for the speed and wider broadcast range. As with other users I had loads of hassle setting it up. I found the way to install the firmware and the ZBT-2 started up and worked as expected, so I sold my friend my ZBT-1, about a week later I noticed some devices not responding. I was checking all the settings when I noticed the ZBT-2 was identifying as a ZBT-1 but has all the settings of a ZBT-2, the LED does not work, only when setting up the device. everything worked fine with the ZBT-1 but was a bit slow. the ZBT-2 has the latest firmware, do you think my ZBT-2 is faulty? or is it a firmware issue? Cheers Roy.

What are you seeing with device info and firmware when selecting the device?

I am assuming you did a full system reboot(not a restart) and updated the new device in the Z-Wave JS…

Wrong protocol.

lol…missed that important detail!

Maybe post some images of what/where you are seeing this.
The two have different USB identifiers, so they should not be identified as the same.

Sussed it lol it must have named its self ZBT-1 when it was setting up, I have just changed its name back ZBT-2. My Zigbee network is not as stable as it was with ZBT-1, When does the LED light up on the ZBT-2?

It doesn’t. Or, to clarify, you can’t control it, at least not yet ZBT-2: Missing integration entities (LED control, status sensor) - bug or limitation?

Thank you for you help
