Zemismart blind , connected but no response

Greetings,

Lately ive notice my smartblind( Zemismart) has been acting weirdly. Was not responding despite “connected”

Previously same thing happen, however when i “reconfigure zigbee2mgtr”. It fix it. However, now im unable to “reconfigure”
