Has anybody been able to separate the switch inputs from the relay outputs on ZEN16 with the firmware 3.10.0? I have 2 ZEN16 multirelays, one with the firmware 2.10.0 and one with 3.10.0. I was able to do that with the former, but not the latter.
Do you have 700 series version or 800 series version?
I don’t think 700 should be using 3.10.0
Both relays are supposed to be 800LR, but they were purchased more than a 1/2 year apart. The writing on the relays does not tell if they are 800 or 700. HA does not tell that, either. I did not play with their firmware.
Mine is not 800 far as I know.
New units indicate “LR” on box
Firmware page specifically lists 2.10.0 for 700 and 3.10.0 for 800.
Even if purchased within close time frame manufacture date may be vastly different. I am not sure if this is related to your issue but it would be good to verify. If you don’t need LR maybe stick with 2.10.0 as 3.10.0 only adds the LR
I also may have confused your post. Did 3.10.0 come pre installed? If so you may want to ask manufacturer. Maybe they make mistake. I was thinking you upgrade from 2.10.0 to 3.10.0 and problem start
