Hello, does this script also work with 3 Solarflow 800 Pro devices? I currently have one per phase, but it only charges/discharges at 200W per device. It seems to be a limitation of the Hems network.
Hello,
I live in a rental apartment in an appartment building. I can only feed power into one phase, which is also the phase that covers my daily electricity needs. I’m wondering if I really need the Shelly 3EM Pro, since I’m only feeding power into that one phase anyway. I was actually planning to measure the electricity consumption at the optical port of the electricity meter (Norax3) and then integrate it into Home Assistant by WiFi via an ESP32. I am aware that this means I’ll also be measuring all three phases (like with the 3EM Pro but way cheaper and easier to install). I am also aware that when current is flowing through the other two phases, my system does not feed power into those phases.
My goal, of course, is to meet as much of my own energy needs as possible. And if the battery charges faster than I can use it up in the summer, I could always use it to charge the e-bikes in the house.
Could the scripts be modified to use the reading of the optical port?

Hello, i am also searching an Integration without Shelly, infos from ESP with Ir from powermeter are in Homeassinstant awailable…
Who has infos for me?
Not sure if I can edit postings (at least I didn’t find an edit button). Thus I’m mentioning @zakazak to hopefully get her/him/them aware of my and Peters question.
Hello Zakazak,
I used your great template! I modified the saturation levels and added four variants with the help of AI: if generation is under 150W and the battery is at 100%, saturation is set to 0W. Then, as the PV surplus increases while the battery remains at 100%, the output increases in three further stages. This is based on the recommendation that generated power should be fed into the grid to help dissipate heat from the modules. I also changed the 100% full charge cycle to every 14 days; this prevents the Zendure's charging information from drifting when there is little solar gain during winter.
Hi everybody,
I used the scripts for my SF800Plus which should be almost identical to the SF800Pro.
It works so far, however since I don’t have a Shelly 3EM(pro) but a Hichi Tasmota IR Reader
I changed the Energy_Monitor.yaml to the the “current power” sensor of the Hichi device
which gives positive an negative values already summed up for all three phases.
So this seems to be solved.
The is another problem for me, since I do not use a Shelly PM Mini G3 as used regarding to
topic M1.2 (changed from PV-Summation_Delivered to this device).
So I just used “sensor.outputHomePower” of the SF800Plus. Is this also feasable or should another sensor be used?
Third problem:
When entering the Battery to my Energiy Dashboard, there could a sensor be set to show the actual Battery charge level in percent.
I tried to use the “sensor.solarflow_battery_level” which is shown correctly in the overview, but cannot be used in the Battery setup of the energy dashboard. How can I change this so that the battery level is also shown in the energy dashboard?
Thanks in advance,
Caipitrooper
This is Crazy!!! What about moving to Codeberg or github ?
Hi!
I am getting lost.
How do packages work? i did the steps mentioned and reloaded config and then even restartet HA, but i do not even get an error.
How do i properly use this automation?
Best regards, Yoshi
