Hi, I come looking for help. I’m having issues with a very recent ZHA network with a Sonoff Dongle Plus MG24 in an existing install running on a HA Green.
The ZHA network currently only has 4 devices (2 poweres devices + 1 battery device + coordinator).
The network silently fails. All entities stay unavailable. ZHA shows devices as online but I think the last seen isn’t updated. Restarting home assistant seems to fix the issue most times, though the first time it happened I don’t think it did and I had to unplug the coordinatior and plug it back in.
The coordinatior shipped with firmware 7.4.5.
After flashing 8.0.2 with the official Sonoff browser flasher it is unfortunately still happening.
I’m looking for suggestions on where to start looking for problems.
I increased the debug logging in configuration.yaml to see if I catch anything next time it fails.
I found a couple threads( linked bellow), which might be the same issue? They only seemed to lead to changed the controller. I wonder if I should look into anything else first or accept the controller is faulty (the entire model or my unit?) and just try and RMA the thing..
