ZHA doesn't find Innr Zigbee lightbulb

Hello friends,

I’ve newly migrated from OpenHAB to Home Assistant.
When I connected the HUSBZB-1 zigbee/zwave combo usb controller that I prviously used with OpenHAB to Home Assistant, the ZHA integration was able to find and add to HA 15 of 16 Innr GU10 smart lights I previously included in OpenHAB.

However, I’m having difficulties adding the 1 last bulb, because the ZHA integration isn’t finding it as a device.

I tried to reset the problematic bulb back to factory settings, but HA still doesn’t find it when I search for new Zigbee devices.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi @mjeshurun

Dumb question: is the bulb in pairing mode? Does it blink once when power is turned on?

Is the bulb close enough to your ZigBee dongle?

Are you starting the ZHA pairing before turning on the power to the bulb? Have you tried the opposite?

Hi @templeton_nash , thank you for taking the time to help.

Yes, the bulb is in pairing mode, and it blinks twice when it’s turned on.

Yes, the bulb is close to the Zigbee dongle. Normally, this bulb is located 2 meters away from the Zigbee dongle, but I also tried to turn it ON a few centimeters away from the dongle, but that also didn’t help.

I tried both options, but the bulb isn’t found by ZHA.

Based on the ZHA log, it seems the controller actually sees the bulb, but for some reason it’s not showing it as found in the GUI.

Any thoughts as to fixing this?
