Zha: failed to connect to slzb-06m

Hi
some weeks ago I have successfully connected slzb-06m in ethernet mode with zha. Now it showed some error, so I deleted the integration and started new. The integration has been recognised again, the IP is correct but it still just fails:

The only error (just a warning) I see in the log is the following:
Logger: bellows.ezsp
Source: components/zha/config_flow.py:280
First occurred: 2:47:40 PM (2 occurrences)
Last logged: 2:47:42 PM

Protocol version 14 is not supported, using version 13 instead

Any idea on what to do / what to check?

Home Assistant is running in a container in my synology nas btw (that’s why I got an ethernet coordinator).

Just to add, in the web ui of slzb06 I can see the connection try from home assistant, it gets disconnected immediately:
[15:08:21] taskZB | New client: 192.168.0.83 id: 0
[15:08:22] taskZB | Client disconnected, id: 0

You have tried the usual steps of rebooting HA, rebooting the SLZB and so on?

yes rebooted slzb, rebooted ha multiple times. Even updated the firmware on the slzb.
What could be done else? Is there any configuration in ha to delete? I didn’t use zigbee much yet, so no loss of any important stuff.

Nothing you can do but wait for an update to be pushed to ZHA, according to this.

All thanks should go to @Hedda - all I did was google the error you got.

Thanks, didn’t find it in google. however, I found out, that my HA was still on v 2004.6, so I updated it to the latest version. And all worked well afterwards including zha.
