ZHA sensor going offline

Hi,

recently I having issue with some Xiaomi sensors … they are going offline (unavailable) after a few hours. Most of the sensors are stable, but two of them are (Aqara Weather, Aqara Motion). I tried change battery, remove and pair them again, change location several times.

Few weeks ago I migrated all sensors from zigbee2mqtt to ZHA because of stability.

  • 6 Ikea Tradfri bulbs as routers

Look at the ZHA entity attributes. The LQI (Link Quality Index) should be 255, anything less means there is packet loss. RSSI (Receive Strength Signal Indicator) in general should be better than -80 (lower is better).

You may need more “router” devices in strategic places to strengthen the wireless mesh.
