I have deployed a ZHA in my environment using the Lincukoo’s Zigbee 3.0 Dongle with a hardware:

It was working properly and no issues with a network then suddenly my scene switch no longer works.
I tried to re-pair the Scene switch to see if that resolves it, it no longer able to establish connection.
I have an external opencode run a check on the ZHA and found all of devices are not responding/down.
Preformed HA reboot, disconnect-reconnect dongle and even remove the ZHA network all together. It still would not add the entities back.
At first, it seems a radio problem so I have my dongle flashed. At first I having problems using the vendors web flasher but I ventually flashed the dongle using the latest version using TTM. I recreate a new Zigbee network and the issue still the same, it is not paring with my devices.
Note: The open code was initially installed on the HA server but due to CPU limitations, I have not able to run OpenCode on that server.
I have the OpenCode ran on a I5 mini PC and connect it to HA via MCP and it is able to recheck the ZHA. I let OpenCode check the ZHA enviroment to see if there’s an issue.
I also have the HA upgraded from 2026.8.0 to 2026.8.1 Yet the problem persist. It was working fine on 2026.8.0.
