ZHA with SkyConnect Global Options

Hi all, I recently purchased a SkyConnect to migrate my various (mainly IKEA and Philips) smart home devices from their respective gateways to a direct connection with Zigbee Home Automation (ZHA).

I’m confused about the default setting of when to consider devices unavailable in the “Global Options” of the SkyConnect. The default setting is two hours (7200 seconds), but my lamps are connected to normal light switches, which means they will be without power and thus “unavailable” quite frequently and ideally I would like to have up-to-date information in HA.

But before I change the default by a factor of 100 or more I wanted to make sure that I’m not doing something stupid. Sadly I was not able to find any real documentation of the “Global Options” of the SkyConnect.
