ZHA with Sonoff dongle breaks when Skyconnect/Thread setup with Silicon Labs multiprotocol

I’ve tried skyconnect as a dual Zigbee thread dongle and found the performance doesn’t pass the wife test - it really was bad. Reverting back to Sonoff Zigbee Dongle-P or even even my older Conbee II solves the performace issue. However. I want to make use of Thread (or at least have it ready) with the SkyConnect dongle. Open boarder router and Thread seem to install fine and from what I can tell work. No thread devices yet but that will change soon enough. This all seems to work fine until I reboot.

Its at this point the silicon labs multiprotocol addon takes over the radio of ZHA without my imput and I have to manually migrate back to my chosen dongle. When I go in to check the radio its pointing at the socket://core-silabs-multiprotocol:9999, How do I stop this happening?
