Zigbee Button + Switch (direct bind)

Hi All,

I want to setup an exhaust fan which can be activated either by built-in humidity sensor or by remote button, power off by build-in timer.
This should work with AND without Coordinator, so I consider some solution with direct binding.

Fan has a 3rd contact for activate the fan manually (ex. by switching on the light).

So my idea is to connect an zigbee switch to this 3rd contact and and trigger the fan power (short on and off) to let internal off timer work.

Looking for devices that supports this:

  1. Button with direct bind - should be smth simple 1-button like Tuya smart magnetic button.
    Button must support direct binding with the switch
  2. Switch for the fan

Options I see:

  1. Push the button ā†’ switch on, release button - switch off
  2. Press the button ā†’ switch on with inching function to off in a few sec.

The main question here is - which smart buttons support direct binding with OnOff clusters?

Iā€™d appreciate if someone could advice devices that can support this.
