Zigbee intergation

Hi,
how can i integrate my Zigbee sensor with all it’s functions. In specific it’s a presence sensor and I can see it in the Tuya App. There it works fine with all it’s function.
I add it to the home assistance, it shows up with only 5 Entities. and an easy automation to switch on a light doesn’t work.

You need to give more information.

  • What device?
  • What shows up in the Tuya App?
  • What shows up in HA?
  • Are you using ZHA or Z2M?
  • If ZHA, have you looked for a custom quirk?
  • If Z2M, have you checked compatibility on their website?

I am sure there is more. Err on the side of giving too much info :slight_smile:

The Zigbee come with the HA Yellow.

You have any advice?

Deactivate ZHA on the integrations Page
Install the Silicon Labs Flasher add-on
Go to the add-on’s settings, set it to /dev/ttyAMA1 and save the changes
Start the add-on and observe the progress on the logs page (it should finish with code 0)
Reboot once the add on is done
Reactivate ZHA on the integrations page
