First of all, how about you elaborate on your zigbee setup?
- Are you running ZHA, Zigbee2Mqtt or Deconz?
- What coordinator are you using?
- How many zigbee router devices are on your network?
- Are you following the best practices for Zigbee?
- Is this the device you were using? If so, note the “Device not responding” part at the very top. This is honestly the first time I’ve seen that warning for a zigbee device, and it seems like it’s just a crap implementation by the manufacturer. Don’t let a single device put you off an entire protocol.
