I have a few INNR SP242 smart plugs.
The energy monitoring to so far out. Is there a way to calibrate/set this up. I have tried re-adding the device but the recording is still out

That statement has multiple meanings.
Could you clarify it and tell us what you expect and what you are seeing.
I have another brand of smart plug with monitoring. It has 2 entities:
1- One tells the realtime power consumption of the device and is useful for things like washer / dryer monitoring. It goes up and down with use.
2- Aggregate power consumption by the device over time. My graphs of this entity look similar to yours. It continues up over time, like yours
I think you are seeing 2.
