Is it possible to make an update too avoid roll of my roller shutter when I updated every components or restart the home assistant. It’s really wear to have adjustable sunshade opening every restart.

Did you use a template cover or 3rd party integration?
Sounds like you have an automation to control your shutters which does not filter out unavailable/unknown states in the trigger.
