Zigbee thermostats can not be controlled via home assistant

Hello

I am using multiple thermostats and sensors via ZHA in Home Assistant.
For a long time this worked just fine. In the last months I am experiencing more often that I am not able to control my themostats via Home Assistant. I recognized this first when my automations where not working anymore.

I thought this is a connection problem or that the battery is empty. But both seems to be fine in my understanding.
The thermostat is active in Home Assistant and if I change the temperature on the thermostat directly (on the hardware) it is shown correctly in Home Assistant.
If I want to change the temperature in Home Assistant the thermostat is not reacting or changing at all.
This is not for all thermostats in my flat. Right now 2 out of 4 are working. The one closest to my RPi with the Conbee Stick is not working for example.

Do you have and recommondations on what I could check to find the issue?

I am using the Aquara E1 thermostats, the Conbee II Zigbee stick and an RPi 3 where my Home assistant is running on.

Thanks in advance and greetings
