Zigbee2mqqt not starting?

hi guys,

first of all (almost) happy new year. lets hope 2022 will be a great year.

Currently working on a new HA systemen (X86) to replace my current Pi system. i am running to a problem with zigbee2mqqt. when i start it it looks like it hangs on this :

resulting on the zigbee2mqqt web interface getting stuck on Loading, please wait. i have installed the (edge) developer version of zigbee2mqqt this seems to work just fine…

Did any of you guys have similar problems? cant find to much about it on the web already posted a post on the zigbee2mqqt forum. maybe one of you guys could help so i can migrate my system before the new year.

your zigbee2mqtt can’t connect to mqtt server…u need a login passord for mqtt or set

listener 1883
allow_anonymous true

in mosquitto.conf

or your ‘login’ in configuration.yaml and mosquitto.conf
happy new year

and sure you add to configuration.yaml

mqtt:
  base_topic: zigbee2mqtt
  server: mqtt://ip.adress
