Zigbee2MQTT 2.0 fails to start

I let Zigbee2MQTT upgrade to 2.0 today and then it wouldn’t start so I restored back to a full backup from before the install and back to the 1.4 build that has been working for months and now my Zigbee group is only turning on 2 of the lights and not all the 82 in the group.

Because I like to complicate things, on the same day I also plugged in the Aqara Hub 2 and let that have it’s own Zigbee network to control the U100 Aqara Locks, which then integrated nicely with HA via Matter.

I’ve also rolled that back by turning off the hub but that hasn’t immediately fixed anything.

If it helps, I can control (some) of the lights individually, I say some because I didn’t try all 82.

Looks like others are having zigbee2mqtt challenges but in the mean time, creating a new groups seems to have worked. I can’t delete the old one and that will hurt my OCD leaving it there but thats a problem for another day.
