Zigbee2MQTT Addon not starting. What else can I try?

Dear HA family,

I have a serious issue. Since yesterday my Zigbee2MQTT isn’t working anymore. It has worked before for several months without any issue. Who can help?

Hardware:

• HA OS on Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny
• SONOFF Zigbee ZBDongle-E 3.0 flashed with siliconlabs
• 2m USB extension cord

Additional info:

• MQTT user up and running
  
  
• No parallel ZHA running
• I had Z2M running on silicon multiprotocol before, but changed it to defining the port directly because I was told the multiprotocol is unstable.
• I have reset my HA to backups from 2 weeks and 4 weeks before when everything was running nice and smooth and get the same error in the Z2M Addon.

Anyone any further idea?

Try changing /dev/ttyACM0 in your third picture to the /dev/serial/by-id you have set in the first picture. Also please post code / logs formatted as code, not pictures.

The firmware was still:

MultiPAN RCP - Zigbee + Thread for Silabs Multiprotocol Addon

I have just flashed the firmware back to:

EZSP - Standard Zigbee (NCP) firmware

(here).

That seems to have done the trick.
