Zigbee2MQTT: all devices show Availability: “offline”

I updated to the new zgbee2mqtt version 2.2.0-1 today. after the update it shows the availability of all devices as “offline” in flashing red. however all devices seem to work like before.
what is the meaning of the availability flashing red offline?

I’ve got the same. I tried rebooting the coordinator and z2m but all devices are flashing red offline. I tried deleting and registering a device but that did not help.

This is a configuration option in Z2M… Device-Availability | Zigbee2MQTT

know issue. under options enable aviablity and refresh browser cache.

Also beware that 2.X comes with lots of breaking changes.

Where under options? I cant find it …

I set the only option “Enabled” and solved this issue.
I miss the previous versions from V2 … more stable

From here:

Fixed in nurikk/zigbee2mqtt-frontend@7e72b00

Changes will be available in the dev branch in a few hours from now.

A hotfix release will be available in the coming days.

Note that this is just a visual issue, the devices are not actually offline!

Hi, I think, it is not just only a visual issue. I pass my Zigbee2MQTT plug device over the matter bridge to Alexa. With Amazon Alexa I had a routine running, which powered on the plug (coffee machine) and after upgrade to Zigbee2MQTT 2.2.0 Alexa could not turn on the plug. (To turn on the plug with the switch was naturally possible). After restoring the old Zigbee-Version, everything worked fine again.

Update: With Zigbee2MQTT V2.2.1 the Alexa routine is working properly again!
