My Zigbee2mqtt can’t add new devices. I’ve already used ChatGPT to look for the cause but found nothing. Existing devices still work fine and can be controlled through Home Assistant — it’s just that I can’t add new ones. I even tried removing an existing device and adding it back, but that didn’t work either. The Zigbee2mqtt log doesn’t show anything unusual. I don’t know where to start or how to fully resolve this
I had something similar last week, and for me it helped to change the zigbee channel.
I don’t understand the logic of this, but i haven’t investigated this further.
I also changed the channel, but it didn’t work either
Read this reply I just posted on another thread. Looks like you hit the limit on that Sonoff coordinator.

My home network has one Sonoff-P as the coordinator and two Sonoffs-E as routers. I don’t think the limit is the issue
What firmware is your dongle-P running ?
