Hi,
I have a problem with Zigbee2MQTT. Every couple of days it crashes, sometimes it won’t even start up automatically anymore. In the logs I see fatal errors (see below).
Close to these crash events, I see that my UPS also shows as unavailable.
My setup:
- Raspberry Pi 4
- SONOFF Zigbee Gateway, ZBDongle-E 3.0 USB Dongle Plus - connected via a USB cable
- Active USB hub
Initially I had connected both the UPS and the Zigbee dongle to the Raspberry Pi. So first I thought it has something to do with changes in voltage/power supply from the Raspberry, and therefore I added an actively powered USB hub and connected my UPS and the Zigbee dongle there.
Unfortunately this did not help.
I made sure that the dongle has the latest firmware and configured “ember” as an adapter - no luck.
Maybe there is still some power backfeeding, but I thought that the USB hub would take care of this.
Any other suggestions/ideas of what I could check?
Thanks for your help!
