Based on Zigbee2MQTT - Danfoss Ally send external temperature to TRV version 2 but where noop is not needed
v2.11 Allows early update if external temperature changes ≥ 0.5 °C
since the last update (ignores min_update_minutes limit).

Thanks for continuing your work in this blueprint! Is it necessary to update all TRVs to the latest firmware to use v2.11 and 2.12?
Are the timers still needed?
It is not necessary to update the thermostat’s firmware. A timer is still required for each thermostat.
