From your error it is clear that the MQTT connection is not working.

Can you explain how did you install it?

  1. Is it through HA Addon or Standalone?
  2. If yes to HA Addon/App, then did you also install the MQTT Addon/App?
  3. If it is Standalone, you need to also stand up a MQTT server to connect to, then in HA connect it the MQTT Client integration

You're missing a user & password for MQTT in Z2M config. You won't be able to connect to MQTT until you set one up.

I setup username and password in zigbee2mqtt.
The result is the same

I don't know what exactly happened. I created a new user and entered these logins in the zigbee2mqtt settings and then it worked. I deleted the second user and after a reboot, everything works
