I have the following issue:
Sensor is working but its showing that is installing for couple of days now.
Can you suggest solution?

I think you will be best served, by posting questions around this interesting project on it’s github discussion and/or zigbee2mqtt OTA or herdsman discussions. Those are were most of the current knowledge folks and questions are going on. Good hunting!
I did encounter this too before. Restarting the host (full reboot of the host machine) solved it and the LYWSD03MMC’s updated correctly through Z2M thereafter. Make sure to update one LYWSD03MMC by one (if you have multiple devices) but not multiple devices at once. Takes some time.
Very sorry for the stupid question but how to update it:

- from the tool ( TheTool ) with 1.0.6 https://github.com/devbis/z03mmc following the steps from 6 till the end?
I have only 1 so far to test it.

HA → Settings → Add-ons → Zigbee2MQTT → Open UI → OTA
The latest version available through Z2M by the time of this writing is

Firmware-Version: 3001-1006
