Zone status not updating

My phone tracker indicates where I am correctly but the “People in Zone” number doesn’t update:

I have done a fresh install of the app and been through troubleshooting but cannot figure this out.

just a heads up its not nice to randomly tag people for help, your post is also not even a day old

your screenshot also refers to “People in zone” so you want to check your actual person entity configuration and see if there are any devices that are stationary at home like a tablet and remove them so your person state updates as expected

Very sorry to have been so impatient @dshokouhi , I had noticed that you were an expert in this area.
And of course you were absolutely right - that was the problem.
(“By default any new device you login to with the app will be added as a tracker to the person logging in”)
Very stupid of me not to have figured this out.
