Is there a way to view all the zones in yaml? I’m looking to copy some zones from an old HA to a new HA. Looking in the file editor and cant locate a zones.yaml? Is there a file and is it accessiable?
The file is ‘zone’ and can be found in /config/.storage but editing any file in this folder may result in issues so make a backup and make sure you can reach that folder even when HA does not start afterwards
EDIT: the zone is also present in core.entity_registry so adding is not 1-2-3 and certainly not without risk
You would have to use this one, with less risk imo
You should be able to copy the .storage file over (home assistant will need to be stopped). Entities will be recreated when HA starts up.
