Zooz zen22 Won't recognize scene

I have pasted the updated zwcfg commands for the scene portion of the Zen22 but i cannot seem to get the scene to activate. I’ve been banging my head against the wall for the past month trying to figure this out. thanks ahead for any help you can provide.

Below are the logs from OZW_Log.txt after i double click:

Have you updated the firmware? The support pages says that only version 3.07 of the switch supports central scene. Or, have you turned on central scene support? By default it is off.

It seems that central scene was added for firmware version 3.07. You need to turn it on in that case (config param 13).

If the firmware is older than 3.07 or central scene is not turned on, the device defaults to setting full brightness on a double tap, which is what your logs are showing.
