It’s been a while since I’ve had time to work on HA. My Zooz Zen72 dimmer that I’ve been using for 2 years now go dead after HA pings it 1 time. If I physically hit the switch, it’ll come back on HA but if I do anything on it with HA, it goes dead.
I’ve read that it may be firmware issue but how can I upgrade firmware if it keeps going dead? Also, the installing percentage status doesn’t count up. I saw it count up once but my HA instance on my phone refreshed and I lost it. Since then the percentage just says true. Anyone have any idea how I can upgrade the firmware?
I’m running old HA OS but it was working for 2 years… until recently.

I have homesteer dimmer that is further from the hub working with minimal issues. Sometimes when the Zooz one goes down, it takes down the homesteer.
I’ve tried healing network and re interview. Both did not help or couldn’t do it because it dies.
