Hi all,
I finally finished this project. I had these ZP01 sensors in high traffic areas chewing up batteries. Decided to upgrade to 18650 for good measure. Things work well. I ended up designing new back covers to suit flat, ceiling and wall mounts.
Ive created a thingiverse page for it if anyone wants to print the housings etc.
