ZW100 Multisensor 6 stuck on initializing

I’m trying to add my ZW100. Running HASS on a Pi 4 with the Aeotec Z-Wave stick plugged into a USB2 hub.The stick is showing ready and it finds the ZW100 with about 9 entities. But the Sensor is stuck on “Initialising”

Any pointers would be gratefully recieved.

Try it on usb power?
If that works… make sure the batteries are both good.
I have a few of these and that is a symptom I’ve seen when one or both batteries are low.
Generally… in my experience, they are pretty solid little devices.
