ZWA-2 - Status flapping Ready/Unresponsive

Hi all,

First time poster so be gentle  I bought a ZWA-2 in February to replace a dead Fibaro HC2. I moved all my zwave modules across (shutters, rgbw, switches, motion sensors etc) and all was working great.

However, over the last month or so (can't pin-point when this started), randomly all zwave devices become unmanageable (both hardwired and battery), as in, I can't open/close blinds, motion sensors don't report back etc. The only recovery method I've found it to unplug the USB and plug it in again.

What is the best approach to troubleshoot this? Which logs/screens can I check to narrow this down?

Thanks all

Did you upgrade the stick firmware, mine was rock solid till I did that then I had similar problems like yours. I did try to roll back to the previous version but It would not do it. In the end I bought a Zooz800 and things are stable and working well again, the ZWA-2 Is In the cupboard now.

I guess I did but I'd rather we help the developers fix the issue.

Does anyone know how to raise a support case for the hardware? or is it only forum based?
