Hopefully a quick question, but if I have a doorlock that requires security to be setup (Schlage for example), can any device on my zwave network pass secure packets or do devices near the lock need to be security enabled as well? I’m hoping the answer is that any device, secure or not can route the packet, but this way I only need to worry about security on a few devices instead of the devices and the light switches near them. Any guidance on this would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Battery devices don’t pass messages on anyway, so they don’t pass secure messages either (not sure if that’s relevant for you but it’s worth pointing out)
