So I am using the regular z wave integration in home assistant with a HUBZB-1 stick from nortek.
I moved the USB device last night to a different position next to my server. I then restarted the network, and found that it was a little sluggish. So I started a network heal and went to bed.
Imagine how thrilled I was to look at the integration and see that my device count had gone down by 50 devices. I restarted the z wave network and the nodes added back, but it completely wiped out ALL of the device names, entity names, and broke every single automation that was running off of them as a result.
I want to know if anyone else has had this issue. This issue is going to create hours and hours of new work for me to go back and fix. I’m not sure even which part I would backup to revert in the case of this. I had moved from smartthings to home assistant for greater “stability.” This issue is making me seriously rethink that decision.
