Zwave JS creating to many entities

Hi!

I’m having problems with Zwave JS creating duplicates of entities (not devices):

They get names like _2, _3 and so on.

The delete button is also greyed out and it seems that all those entities are still controlled by Zwave JS. How would I remove those duplicates?

Running
HA 2023.8.2 in docker,
zwavejs2mqtt version
zwave-js-ui: 8.23.0.73606d4
zwave-js: 11.12.0

How do I get rid of the additional entities?
