Zwave JS UI Configuration

I’m having an issue with Zwave JS UI. I’m fairly new to HA and I thought I had zwave js ui properly configured. However I recently tried adding a device via zwave js ui and I see it in zwave js ui but not home assistant dashboards or devices.

However when I go to the dashboard it is not there. When I go to settings, zwave it shows 23 devices (1 not included).

I suspect I must have something miss configured. However I cannot figure it out. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I’m running HA on a Dell Wyse 5070:

Update - Things just seemed to be out of sync. It seems to have corrected itself except for the device I deleted via zwave js ui. Settings, Zwave is still showing 23 devices 1 not included which appears to be the device I deleted via zwave js ui.
