Zwave prefix vs light?

I bought a bit ago a Inovelli LZW41 Multi-White Bulb. When I set that one up it came up with a prefix of light.

Now with the new one I just got it’s coming up as a zwave. prefixed entity.

Why is that and is this normal? None of my other light entities start with zwave.

You should have both. The device in the zwave domain and a light entity in the light domain
